MYSverse is a rapidly transforming venture, from what was essentially a Ro-Nation to a greater idea of creating Malaysian-themed content for everyone, in a way that benefits our players, team members, clients, and partners in the MYSverse Network.

In our current stage, we are entirely self-reliant with no external support, grants or programmes through public or private means. At the same time, we want to make it financially sustainable for our team, which means we can have dedicated people delivering high-quality content regularly, while making sure they are compensated enough to make a career out of it. We aim to achieve this within the next 5 to 10 years, and that is where we need help.

We look at talents of all development disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Scripting
• UI/UX Design
• Building
• 3D Modelling
• Texturing
• 3D Animation

Many of our developers are jack of all trades, using their wide skillsets from multiple fields to achieve their goals.
As long as you are competent enough in any single field, we would be happy to consider you for our team!

If you intend to join us as a permanent volunteer, you will be eligible for flexible bonuses, which are Robux (R$) or monetary (USD/MYR) payments that are not guaranteed.
Contractors will be brought on a task-to-task basis with an expected outcome and timeframe, with guaranteed compensation upon agreed milestones and completion.

You'll be joining a diverse team of talent from various backgrounds, led by veteran devs.

In terms of age restrictions, we follow general Roblox programme (Accelerator/Incubator) guidelines and look at candidates aged 13+.
Those below 18 may be subject to additional limitations in terms of bonuses and other legal considerations. If unsure, please consult parents.
