Lebuhraya 3.8.1 Patch Notes
Lebuhraya 3.8.1 brings a point-based 5-star wanted level system, a full medical emergency minigame with 12 injury types for Kesihatan medics, and a shared laser-targeting highlight system for tools!
⚖️ Wanted Level System

- New point-based wanted level system with 5 star tiers — commit traffic offences and accumulate points that push you up the wanted scale
- Red light violations earn 1 point; speeding (over 200 SPS) earns 2 points. Your first wanted star appears at 4 points
- Animated star HUD in the top-right corner shows your current wanted level with pop-in/pop-out star animations
- Other players can see overhead wanted stars above wanted players from up to 100 studs away
- Law enforcement officers receive real-time banner alerts when a player becomes wanted or is released
- Being wanted disables passive mode — you can be arrested by officers on patrol
- Points decay over time (1 point per 60 seconds), so your wanted level gradually drops if you stop offending
🏥 Kesihatan NPC Medic Minigame

- Full medical emergency response minigame for the Kesihatan team — go on duty, get dispatched to injured NPC patients, and treat them
- 12 injury types across 3 severity tiers (Minor, Moderate, Severe) — from minor cuts and bruises to traumatic brain injuries and toxic inhalation
- Each injury requires specific treatments in order — apply bandages, splints, stabilise bleeding, administer oxygen, cool burns, and more
- Patient survival mechanic — patient condition decays over time based on injury severity. Treat quickly and correctly to keep them alive
- Full mission flow: Dispatch → Travel to patient → Assess → Treat injuries → Stabilise → Place on stretcher → Load into ambulance → Drive to hospital → Admit
- Objective HUD with step-by-step progress tracker, distance markers, and a patient condition bar
- XP rewards scale with injury difficulty (25–100 XP per injury) and are multiplied by the patient's survival outcome
- Can't reach the hospital? Use Request Evacuation to radio dispatch and complete the mission at reduced XP
- First-time tutorial banners guide new medics through their first mission
- NPCs speak with injury-specific dialogue in English and Malay
🔦 Tool Highlights

- New shared targeting visual system for tools — equip a tool and see a laser beam from the tool to where you're aiming
- Valid targets get a colour-coded highlight outline: green when in range, grey when out of range, always visible through walls
- Mobile crosshair automatically appears on touch and gamepad devices for easier aiming
- Currently used by the Taser and Radar Gun — more tools coming soon
Changes
- Tweaked the point and wanted level system star thresholds. Running a red light is 1 pt. Speeding is 2 pts. You will gain your first star at 4 pts, meaning either 2 speeding offences, 4 red light violations, or a combination of both.
